3/ What is the lead time for booking a sponsorship?
ASAP. Because unlike Google or LinkedIn ads that have a never ending supply of ad spots available, podcast ad sponsorships and influencer marketing campaigns are limited.
4/ Who are the HR podcasters in your network?
We have several HR industry professionals in our network and growing. Once you submit an inquiry, you will see some of the HR influencers who would be part of your marketing campaign. The majority of our podcasters have a top 10% HR related podcast and many of them also have a newsletter, a YouTube channel, and a strong LinkedIn presence.
5/ Can I be a guest on one of the podcasts featured in the ICL Media Network?
Possibly! While we cannot promise that you will be featured as a guest, each podcast host can decide if they'd like to interview you for their podcast.
6/ How can I measure the impact of the sponsorship?
We recommend adding a question on your signup form that asks "where did you hear about us?" There are also a few other ways you can measure a podcast campaign which we will share when we send you a proposal.
7/ Where can I learn more about the audience demographics of the podcasts?
We will provide more information about each podcast, newsletter and/or YouTube channel when we send out a custom proposal. We also recommend ListenNotes.com - a podcast search engine where you can find out more details about each podcast for free.
8/ When is payment due?
Payment must be made upfront for ad coverage. For quarterly or longer sponsorships, the first month's payment is due prior to the initial ads going live.
9/ What are the requirements for submitting the podcast ad?
We can craft an ad for you and send it to you for your approval. But if you'd like, you can provide key points such as value proposition, taglines, and positioning statements.
10/ How long will the host-read ad be?
While the typical pre-recorded ad averages just 27 seconds, our host-read ads will average 30-55 seconds. Listen to example here.
